What kind of properties can be rented as Vacation Homes?

Vacation Rental properties must be fully furnished and equipped with dishes, bedding, televisions, etc.  Vacation rentals should be in nice locations with nearby attractions and amenities.

Is it a big hassle to get everything set up?

We take care of everything.  We will photograph your property, set up the key box, create your webpage, book the tenants, schedule the cleaners and send you a check.

How often will my home be rented?

Of course this answer varies based on your homes rental appeal, your flexibility in rental rates, etc.  The peak rental season in Tucson is January through March.  Under normal market conditions, you can expect to have your home rented for most of that time period.  In the summer we shift our marketing towards, traveling nurses, homeland security, military transfers, and house hunters.
